6. The vid below explains basic defensive zone coverage for R/L Wingers. This coach explains it very well and can be effectively utilized during games. Key points on this is triangular coverage i.e. half wall, point, and high slot.
12. PWC Ice Center.This is where I practice when time permits. Two sheets of ice NHL and Olympic size. Its a nice facility with a cafeteria, hockey shop for gears and sharpening but you have to bring your own pucks.
13. Kettler IcePlex. The luxury car of rinks. I used to play pickup at this facility. It has 2 sheets of ice named Arlington and Washington Capitals. Nice facility with CAPS store, cafeteria, and hockey shop for gears and sharpening.
5. Offsides & Icing. Its good to understand how offsides & Icing occurs since its a common mistake among youth and adult league players. Key points are pucks must go first on the attacking zone blue line before the skates. As well as pucks must not cross the center red line and goal line of the opponent untouched.
11. ADM. Lists of USA dryland training materials from 8U-12U. Key points on these are agility, balance, and coordination.
18. Goal w/Backstop. This a sturdy tool use for improving your shots on ice which you can place inside/outside the garage and store it easily when its not being utilized.

14. Haymarket IcePlex.This is where I mostly practice and play adult league hockey. Skates sharpening is available at this facility but no cafeteria. However the rink is old and not NHL standard but they in the process of building a new one.
19. Green Biscuit. Its a great tool for passing, deking, and developing silky mitts. However this is not for shooting as it will break. If you want to shoot with it then use the green biscuit snipe.
21. PassMaster. Its a great tool for passing and performing one timers. A sturdy tool that you can use both off and on ice. We use this tool for improving hand & eye coordination as well as quick passes.

22. Hockey Giant. The only hockey shop in the NOVA area that's complete with ice/inline hockey gears. They don't offer free sharpening anymore even if you bought the skates there.
